What is FUNDUS PHOTOGRAPHY?


A special camera is used to take photos of the front or the back of the eye. It is a useful way of documenting the appearance of your eye condition at the time of your consultation and keeping a permanent record. It is also an effective method of monitoring any changes in the condition at future follow-up visits.

The procedure only takes a few minutes and is completely painless and non-invasive. Bright flashes of light will be experienced as the pictures are being taken.
